Kia ora koutou,

My name is Angela, and I am excited to be the new teacher for rūma Kārearea for terms three and four of this year. I feel privileged to be part of such a welcoming school community and to work alongside our ākonga, whānau, and staff.

I look forward to building positive relationships, supporting students in their learning, and contributing to a caring, inclusive classroom environment. As a teacher, I value respect, kindness, and a love of learning, and I am excited to bring these values into my teaching at Clifton School.
My love of teaching began at a very young age — I was often found teaching my teddy bears on my bedroom floor, and later my younger brother when he came along.

I graduated from Massey University in 2015 with a double major in English and Education, a minor in Communications, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Teaching. Since then, I have taught in a range of roles and settings, which has shaped my approach to teaching and learning.
I am also a proud mum of two beautiful daughters who attend Clifton School!
I look forward to getting to know everyone and being part of the Clifton School whānau.
